Get help with Uni Weekly Budget Tracker

Email support@RGTSoftware.com and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

Include your iPhone model, the app version if you know it, and the wording of any message. Do not send your Apple Account password, bank details or a backup file.

If an expense will not save

  • Check that the expense has a name.
  • Enter an amount greater than £0 with no more than two decimal places.
  • Check that the chosen date is within your budget dates.
  • Choose Retry if the app says it could not save. Your draft should remain available.

If the balance looks wrong

Open the entries for this week and check their amounts and dates. Look at Past weeks for an earlier change that may affect rollover. Check Additional money entries as well as expenses.

The app uses only the records you enter. It cannot see your bank balance or purchases made through your bank.

If the widget looks out of date

Open Uni Weekly Budget Tracker and check the current balance. The app will try to refresh the dated widget copy. Widget timing is also controlled by the iPhone.

Backups and restore

Keep backup files somewhere you trust. They contain your budget settings and spending entries. Do not send a backup file by email when asking for support.

Restoring replaces the current budget after you confirm the preview. If a file is damaged or unsupported, the current budget should remain unchanged.
