About this information
Uni Weekly Budget Tracker is provided by RGT Software Ltd. This page explains what information the app uses, where it is kept and what choices you have.
Information you add
The app stores your weekly amount, allowance day, rollover choice, expense names and amounts, extra money, dates and times. It also keeps the information needed to calculate earlier, current and next-week balances.
Where your budget is kept
Your budget records are saved on your iPhone. The app does not use an RGT Software Ltd account or send your budget to an RGT Software Ltd server.
A small dated copy of the weekly total is shared locally with the app’s Home Screen widget. The widget does not need your expense names.
Bank accounts
The app does not connect to a bank account, collect bank sign-in details or import bank transactions. Its balance is based only on what you enter.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics tools. It is not designed to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Backup files
You can create a backup and choose where to save it. A backup contains your budget settings and spending entries. It has no extra password protection added by the app, so keep it somewhere you trust.
Files you save or share outside the app are separate copies. You must remove those copies from their saved locations when you no longer need them.
Removing information
You can delete individual expenses and additional-money entries in the app. Removing the app normally removes its local information from that iPhone, subject to Apple’s device backup and platform behaviour. Exported backup files remain in the places where you saved them.
Contacting support
If you email us, we use your email address and the information you provide to answer you. Do not send your bank details or budget backup.
