Get help with Gardening Job Planner: Rounds
Email support@RGTSoftware.com and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
Include whether you use an iPhone, iPad or Mac, your app version if you know it, and the wording of any message. Never send your Apple Account password, payment-card details or private customer records.
Protect your records
If work has not saved, keep the form open. Do not delete or reinstall the app while trying to recover your records. If you send a screenshot, hide customer names, addresses, access codes and other private details first.
Turn on private iCloud sync
- Open Settings in the app.
- Choose Private iCloud sync.
- Choose Turn on private iCloud sync and confirm the Apple Account check.
After you turn it on, saved changes are kept up to date automatically on your other devices. You do not need to choose Check now (troubleshooting) for normal updates.
If iCloud work is waiting
- If the app says your work will update when iCloud is available, check your internet connection and that you are signed into the same Apple Account on each device. Keep the app installed. The app will try again automatically.
- If the app finds different work on another device, choose Review changed work. Choose which version to keep for each item, then save your choices.
- If your Apple Account changed, the app stops before changing your work. Check that the correct Apple Account is in use. Then choose Turn off private iCloud sync and turn it on again.
- Use Check now (troubleshooting) if an automatic update still appears to be waiting.
Help with a subscription
Open Settings and choose Subscription.
- Choose Check subscription to refresh the status shown in the app.
- Choose Restore purchases if the subscription is active on your Apple Account but paid features are unavailable.
- Choose Manage subscription to view or cancel it through Apple.
Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Do not send us your payment details. If you contact support, tell us which action did not work and include the wording of any message.
Help with backups or deletion
If a backup did not save, keep your customer records and try saving again to a location with enough space. Cancelling the save does not make a backup. Do not go ahead with deletion if you still need a copy and cannot confirm that it saved.
To remove every record held by the app, open Settings and choose Delete all app records. Read the warning, make a backup if you need one, and confirm only when you are ready.
If the app says iCloud deletion is pending, it has not yet confirmed that the affected iCloud copies are removed. Check your connection and use the action offered by the app. If the copies belong to an Apple Account you used before, reconnect to that account to finish the deletion. Do not delete or reinstall the app as a way to clear the message.
Permanent deletion cannot be undone within the app. Support cannot promise to recover deleted records. Read the user guide before choosing what to remove.
