Help with SnagBoard.

Support information for the SnagBoard iPhone and iPad app.

Contact support

Email support@RGTSoftware.com. Include “SnagBoard” in the subject line, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of the problem.

Common checks

  • Make sure you are running the latest version of SnagBoard from the App Store.
  • Check that iCloud is enabled on your device if you expect projects to sync across devices.
  • Confirm you are signed in to the same Apple Account on each device.
  • If PDF export is unavailable, check that the premium unlock purchase has completed successfully.

Purchases and restore

SnagBoard uses a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock unlimited projects and PDF export. If you already purchased the unlock, use the restore purchase option in the app if available.

Refunds

App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Please use Apple’s official purchase support flow from your Apple Account purchase history.
