Find a clear next step when a tide, sound, saved reef or sharing action does not look right.

Get help

Email support@rgtsoftware.com and put “Tide Metronome” in the subject line.

Tell us which iPhone and iOS version you are using, which mode you were playing, what you expected and what happened instead. Do not send private information that is not needed to explain the problem.

Continue an unfinished tide

Return to Home and look for Resume. If it appears, choose it to return to the saved tide. If it does not appear, start a new Endless, Daily tide or Calm session.

Restore sound, music or haptics

Open Settings in Tide Metronome and check Sound effects, Music, Ocean ambience and Haptics. Music controls Aquaria and the environment’s musical companion together; Ocean ambience has its own control. Also check your iPhone volume and system settings. Step mode and every visual control continue to work when game sound is turned off.

Why has my Voyage level returned to 1?

A new run, Replay or confirmed restart begins at level 1. Choose Resume on Home to continue an unfinished run instead. Environments already earned stay available in Living Environments.

Choose an earned environment

From Home, open Living Environments, choose an environment you own and tap Use environment. A locked preview does not unlock a world. After an update, rewards can only be restored from play history still saved on your iPhone. Do not delete progress or remove the app to troubleshoot a missing reward; contact support first.

Make the movement gentler

Turn on Gentle visuals in the game, or Reduce Motion in iPhone Settings. Your earned residents and environments remain available. Try Use Step mode for an untimed Calm round; Describe tide explains the wave positions and projected meeting.

Try sharing again

Return to the result and choose Share reef. Wait for the iPhone sharing choices to appear. Nothing is sent until you choose a destination. Your reef remains available from Reefs if you want to retry later.

Remove saved progress

Open Settings and choose Delete progress to remove scores, reefs, the saved tide, progression, earned environments and resident discoveries after confirmation. Your sound, music, ambience, haptic and display settings stay unchanged. Tidal Observatory remains available.
