Use of the app
SnagBoard is provided by RGT Software to help users create property inspection and snagging records and generate reports. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of the information you enter into the app and include in reports.
No professional advice
SnagBoard is a reporting and organisation tool. It does not provide legal, building, surveying, engineering or safety advice. You should use your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek professional advice.
Purchases
SnagBoard may provide a free mode with limited project and export functionality. A one-time non-consumable in-app purchase may unlock unlimited projects and PDF export/share features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Your content
You retain responsibility for projects, photos, notes, company details, logos and reports you create using SnagBoard. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any content you add to the app.
Availability
RGT Software aims to keep SnagBoard reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, iCloud sync performance or compatibility with every device configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of SnagBoard. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
