Use of RGT Software Services
These terms apply to RGT Software websites, applications, and related services unless a specific application provides its own separate terms. By using our services, you are responsible for using them lawfully and in accordance with any applicable app marketplace terms.
App-Specific Terms
Some applications may provide additional terms for specific features, purchases, subscriptions, content, or workflows. Where app-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the app-specific terms take precedence for that application.
No Professional Advice
RGT Software apps are productivity and workflow tools. They do not provide legal, building, surveying, engineering, safety, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should use your own judgement and seek professional advice where appropriate.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and billing are processed by the relevant app marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Marketplace terms and policies may apply in addition to these terms.
Your Content
You are responsible for projects, photos, notes, documents, company details, logos, reports, and other content you create, upload, store, export, or share using RGT Software apps. You should ensure you have the right to use and share any content you add to our services.
Availability
RGT Software aims to keep its services reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, cloud synchronization performance, marketplace availability, or compatibility with every device, operating system, or configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGT Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
