How to request deletion of personal information handled by RGT Software apps or services.
Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@RGTSoftware.com.
Please include the app or service name, the email address or account details associated with your request if applicable, and a short description of what you would like deleted.
SnagBoard Data
SnagBoard data is primarily stored on your device and, where synchronization is enabled, may be stored using Apple iCloud/CloudKit. You can delete projects and related data within the app where deletion controls are available. iCloud-synced data may also be managed through Apple's iCloud settings.
Retention
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
